About Chuckle Chops Children’s Entertainment
Chuckle Chops made his début as Children’s Entertainer at Christmas 1998 after agreeing to fill in for ‘the man in a red suit and white beard’ for a local nursery in Derby. He later learnt balloon modelling, gathered a few magic tricks, a ‘ghetto blaster’ and some party CDs and Chuckle Chops was born! He has now a Children’s Clown at almost 3,000 events. He delights his young audiences with his natural funny style and his amazing ability to build a rapport with the shyest children.
Chuckle Chops provides Children’s Entertainment mostly in the East Midlands area (Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottingham, East Staffordshire) and parts of West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry), but has travelled to events nationally.

With a background in child protection (DipSW qualified) Chuckle Chops is committed to keeping children safe as they enjoy the entertainment. He is an EQUITY member and holds

- Public liability insurance to £10M.
Clown Training & Experience
Chuckle Chops has attended many clown workshops in London with internationally acclaimed leaders. As a member of ‘Clowns International’ he has taken part in the Butlins Clown Week in Bognor Regis, the IBM magic convention in Eastbourne, and is a regular at the annual ‘Kidology’ children’s magic convention in Wolverhampton. He sees commitment to ongoing training and personal development as essential.
